IMMEDIATE DENTAL IMPLANTS AT BRIJ DENTAL CLINIC AHMEDABAD

Immediate Extraction And Immediate Implant (Same Day Dental Implants Ahmedabad India )

How Soon Can I Get a Dental Implant After a Tooth Extraction In Ahmedabad India ?

The amount of time you have to wait between extracting and replacing a tooth depends on several factors. These variables impact which of the three main types of dental implant surgery you’ll undergo:

Immediate Dental Implant Placement

Immediate implant placement means implantation at the same time instantly after extraction into the extraction socket. Early placement is 2–4 week delayed implantation after extraction and allowing soft tissue healing.
An implant can be placed right after an extraction if you have healthy gums and sufficient jawbone density. Once the tooth has been removed, your dentist Dr Brijesh S Patel at best affordable dental implant clinic Ahmedabad India,  can immediately insert the titanium post into your jaw. Then, it gradually fuses with the bone to provide a reliable foundation for a custom dental crown.

Early Dental Implant Placement

If you lost your tooth because of a gum infection, the tissue must heal before an implant can be placed. Since as much as half of jawbone loss can occur within the first three months after tooth removal, the implant must be placed before three months have passed. As with an immediate implant, the post is inserted and allowed to bond to your jaw before the crown is attached.

Delayed Dental Implant Placement

If your tooth has been severely decayed for some time, you may already have bone loss in your jaw. In this case, you may require a bone graft following a tooth extraction. Your dentist grafts bone material onto that specific area of your jaw, where it strengthens the bone after about six months. Then, the implant can be surgically placed.

Rule Of 5 Triangle for Immediate Implant Placement

This rule States the 5 Key Aspects to consider while Decision Making for Immediate implant Placement.
Failure to consider these aspects may lead to Inadequate outcomes & this Compromised Treatment.

These 5 Key aspects are-
1. Presence of Buccal Plate
2. Primary Stability
3. Implant Design
4. Filling of the gap between Buccal, plate & implant
5. Tissue Biotype

These can be achieved by means of Atraumatic extraction , self tapered implant design, filling the gap between implant and buccal plate with graft material & overbuilding the buccal soft tissue with biomaterial.
An immediate temporary crown can also aid the process.

Immediate Extraction And Immediate Implant With Bone Grafting And Zirconia Crown

Patient presented with Pain on chewing. xray RVG shows Horizontal fracture, CBCT confirmed horizontal fracture.

Biggest Challenge was to extract apical third of the root atraumatically. Tooth extracted as atraumatically as possible, apical part removed with H File. Curretage of the socket done. Palatal Pilot Drilling done, went Near to the Canine. With help of Sidecut drill direction changed. Final drill verified with the xray. Placed the implant 2-3 mm to the CEJ . I wanted to prevent recession further, so placed the implant on the same day with grafting. 4 by 10 osstem TS III, Buccal side Q oss bone graft placed in jumping distance.

Delayed placement was an alternative, but I think this will give nicer soft tissue results which can be seen in Photograph.

Implants in Aesthetic Zone- 5 ✨ Golden Rules ✨ to keep in Mind for optimum results.

✨1. Regaining Papilla– Studies by Tarnow have Demonstrated that on an average 4.5mm of Papilla can be expected if a Minimum Distance of 1.5mm was maintained between a Tooth and An Implant. Furthermore the Distance between the Interproximal Bony Crest and Contact Point should not be more than 5mm for an optimum Papillary Fill up.

✨2. Choosing the Abutments– For a Thin Biotype mucosa with less than 2mm width, Zirconia Abutments should be preferred to avoid Color Alteration of the Peri-Implant tissue.

✨3. Gingival Recession – is more pronounced and has a higher prevalence in patients with Thin mucosa . Thus, additional soft tissue Augmentation procedures may be required in such cases.

✨4. Role of Provisional Restoration – A provisional restoration goes a long way in establishing the correct emergence profile and Soft tissue architecture for better Esthetic outcomes.

✨5. Correct 3-D Positioning

  • Apico – Coronally – Implant platforms should be placed 3-4mm from Gingival Margin of future restoration
  • Mesio – Distally – Min 1.5mm from Adjacent tooth
  • Bucco – lingually – 1-2mm from Emergence profile of Adjacent Tooth.
